We plan on increasing our volume and are seeking an enthusiastic and driven A player who wants to contribute and grow with a real estate investment company in San Diego. WE WANT TO WORK WITH CLOSERS! COMPENSATION: $80k-$120k+ / year This position includes a per transaction compensation plus profit share, so there is high earning potential. Responsibilities: THE ROLE: As an Investment Real Estate Acquisitions Associate, you will: • Prospect and maintain new agent and seller relationships. • Generate leads through multiple strategies including inbound and outbound calling. • Analyze properties accurately and responsibly. • Formulate rough renovation budgets to make buying decisions. • Make offers and negotiate with homeowners and Realtors. • Procure contracts on high margin deals. • Assist in process improvements and innovation. • Assist in formulating and implementing marketing and lead generation processes. Qualifications: POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Real Estate License: A current license is required before your start date. • Sales Experience: Proven success in sales, with a passion for closing deals. • Cold-Calling Experience: Essential experience in cold-calling to generate leads and build relationships. • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently and stay driven to achieve targets. • Team Player: Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Attention to Detail: Impeccable follow-up skills and acute attention to detail. • Technical Proficiency: Efficient with Microsoft Office/Google Docs. • Location: Must be local to San Diego.
