Why Work with Us: • Earn Over 6-Figures • Vibrant Company Culture • Opportunities for Growth • Recognition and Career Progression • Meaningful Contributions • Flexible Work Setting • Cutting-edge Technology and Resources • Supportive Management Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to incoming leads and evaluate their motivation and potential for real estate acquisition in Temecula, CA, US. • Engage in face-to-face or phone discussions with potential sellers to secure purchase agreements. • Cultivate relationships with existing leads in the database, nurturing them until they are prepared to proceed with a transaction. • Work closely with the Disposition Manager to draft resale contracts, coordinate inspections, provide sales data, and manage pricing adjustments. • Become proficient in utilizing the CRM system for daily tasks, generating offers, and producing reports effectively. • Master the internal Sales Process to streamline real estate acquisition procedures. • Identify and segment prospects based on their motivation levels to facilitate targeted follow-up strategies. • Memorize and deliver acquisition scripts using appropriate tonality to engage potential sellers effectively. • Secure purchase contracts that are in line with company profit objectives. • Aim to secure your first purchase contract within the initial week of joining. • Maintain a consistent average profit and revenue per contract, monitored on a quarterly and monthly basis. • Set and achieve monthly/quarterly milestones through regular performance evaluations. • Visit homeowner residences to secure in-person appointment contracts for real estate acquisition. Qualifications: • Must demonstrate resourcefulness in sourcing new leads and opportunities in the Temecula real estate market. • Should exhibit relentless determination in pursuing potential sellers and securing profitable purchase contracts. • Need to show resilience when faced with challenges and setbacks during the acquisition process. • Must be ambitious and driven to achieve sales targets and company profit goals. • Should be goal-oriented with a clear focus on closing deals and maximizing revenue. • Must take ownership and responsibility for managing leads, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions effectively. • Should proactively engage with potential sellers and maintain strong communication throughout the acquisition process. • Must be adaptable to changing market conditions and client needs in the Temecula area. • Should work well in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and leadership to achieve success. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
