Responsibilities: • Sourcing Leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. • Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage a pipeline of potential property acquisitions. • Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research and property analysis to determine fair market value and investment potential. • Negotiation: Engage with homeowners to negotiate purchase terms and secure property acquisition contracts. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in various markets. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred. • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
