Responsibilities: • Sourcing Leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. • Lead Management: Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage a pipeline of potential property acquisitions. Qualify leads and turn them into profitable transactions through rapport building, negotiations, and creating win-win solutions • Property Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research and property analysis to determine fair market value and investment potential. • Negotiation: Engage with homeowners to negotiate purchase terms and secure property acquisition contracts. • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. • Market Analysis: Stay informed about real estate market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities in various markets. Qualifications: • Preference for 1+ years in any Sales, Acquisitions, or Real Estate Position • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Must be driven and passionate about being the best • Must be a go-getter who doesn't make excuses • Must be willing to learn and take action quickly • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously Compensation: $50,000+
