    Negotiate offers and close deals  Our home-buying specialist is a key driver of our business. This position is for a high-level experienced salesman who is goal-driven and is looking to give offers and close deals on a daily basis. Qualifications: Requirements • Proven track record in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry. Must be able to build relationships with clients. • Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Coachable with a continued desire to learn. • Property analysis using self-generated research including past sales, site walks, market trends, and property data. • Negotiate purchase contracts with homeowners. • No real estate license is needed. Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
