You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Generate revenue by securing at least 8 new homeowners each month using our unique marketing strategy • Maintain and optimize our state-of-the-art CRM system • Ensure consistent attainment of performance metrics • Participate in daily team meetings at 11 AM and 4:45 PM CST • Complete daily tasks such as 60 dial attempts, 2+ hours of talk time, making 3 offers, and securing 1 signed contract Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role, with a proven track record • Experience in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is advantageous • Strong phone skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and gain trust • High emotional intelligence and resilience • Self-motivated and able to maintain performance without supervision • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality Compensation: Commission @ 10% (starting) to upto 15% on Gross Profit per Deal
