Responsibilities: • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Team and database lead generation • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Close appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
