Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Follow up on all leads and requests for information Qualifications: • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000+ yearly
