You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. Responsibilities: • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Qualifications: • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Compensation: $65,000 - $100,000 yearly
