This is a commission-based only job. The possibility for a base salary would be decided after a probationary period, based on performance. You will acquire new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with the sellers of these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Responsibilities: • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Underwrite prospect leads and make competitive offers • Meeting company KPIs, to help reach personal/business goals Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Real estate license not required at time of hiring but applicant must obtain at start of employment Compensation: $48,000 - $100,000
