Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Compensation: $100,000+
