Responsibilities: • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Team and individual lead generation • Agent sales • Lead follow up • Database and CRM mastery • Developer and investor networking • Follow the plan • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
