Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Team and individual lead generation • Agent sales • Lead follow up • Database and CRM mastery • Developer and investor networking • Follow the plan • Close sales • Sales scripts Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Real estate license required • Superb communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
