    We are seeking a talented real estate acquisitions specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A real estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Responsibilities: • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Execute appointments • Sales talk • Close sales Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 at plan commissions
