Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Team and database lead generation • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales • Close appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan commissions
