Responsibilities: • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads • Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties • Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market • Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Qualifications: • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude • Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs • Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment • Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions • Detail-oriented and quality-focused • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) Compensation: $42,000 - $124,400 yearly
