You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Client Engagement: Convert leads into appointments, present offers, and secure purchase agreements. • Negotiation : Effectively negotiate purchase terms and oversee negotiations for sellers • Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships throughout the market to identify future acquisition opportunities. • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process. • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, and market trends. • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information. Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Exceptional people skills • Strong sales and negotiation abilities • Excellent problem-solving skills • Effective written and verbal communication • Organizational and time-management prowess • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Proficient computer skills • High school diploma (Real estate license is a plus) Compensation: $83,000 - $120,000 yearly
