Responsibilities: • This is a commission-based position so the more deals you create the more you earn. • Need to be able to commit to at least 40 hours per week, including at least 4 hours on Saturdays and Sundays which can be offset by taking time off Mon-Fri. We spend a lot of money to generate great quality leads so it is essential that you are able to dedicate consistent effort to work them thoroughly to turn them into deals. • Conduct 2-4 in-person appointments daily for the purpose of purchasing properties. • In cases where appointments are not pre-scheduled, take the initiative to generate your own using warm leads from our CRM. • Promptly respond to and capitalize on sales leads. • Efficiently manage and nurture leads within our CRM system. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential home sellers. • Seamlessly transition from phone interactions to in-person house-buying appointments. • Navigate the local real estate market with confidence. • Continuously engage in personal and professional development. • Attend essential meetings and training sessions to stay ahead in the market. • Manage associated administrative tasks. Qualifications: • Demonstrated excellence in communication and negotiation skills. • Minimum of 2 years of exceptional performance in sales. • Experience in transitioning from phone sales to in-person presentations. • Possession of a Real Estate license is considered a plus. • A high School Diploma is required. • A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets. Compensation: $100,000+ yearly
