Responsibilities: • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Follow the team plan • Set appointments • Close sales • Sales talk • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000+ at plan
