Responsibilities: • Represent Offr Plus as the primary contact for off-market property owners in Atlanta, GA, US, negotiating and presenting purchase offers on behalf of the company • Prioritize creating positive outcomes and meaningful changes in sellers' lives through every interaction, taking full responsibility for the impact made • Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential sellers in the Atlanta area, ensuring consistent follow-up and efficient deal management • Establish trust and cultivate lasting relationships with property owners in Atlanta, utilizing negotiation skills to address concerns and secure agreements • Maintain detailed records of all communications and negotiations using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure accessibility and accuracy • Master the proven sales process through continuous learning and dedication to implementing effective sales strategies • Actively participate in daily training sessions and commit to ongoing personal and professional growth to enhance sales proficiency and contribute to a culture of excellence Qualifications: • Must have strong leadership skills • Demonstrated passion for sales and a strong drive to achieve success are essential qualities we are looking for • Having at least 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desirable for this role • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including exceptional phone skills for setting and closing appointments over the phone, are a must • If you have no real estate experience, a minimum of 1 year of B2C selling experience is required • This role is based in an office setting Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
