Responsibilities: • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Network with contractors and small-scale developers • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
