This is a dream job for the right candidate. We understand that our ideal candidate may be more of the “get to the point” type, so we have removed as much fluff from this job ad as possible. What is the job? The Acquisition Manager is the final step (the closer) in our sales process. They meet with homeowners who are looking for a more convenient way to sell their homes and create win-win solutions with them. This is a sales role. The day-to-day of a successful Acquisition Manager will consist of meeting with sellers, completing follow-up calls, and working inbound leads. This role does not require outbound prospecting only follow-ups to existing contacts and working inbound leads. Commissions up to $200,000 + annually Upon completion of your application, an email will be sent to you prompting you for the completion of additional assessments through Predictive Index (PI). These must be completed in order to complete the application process and be considered for the role. Responsibilities: • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must have or be willing to get a real estate license (neither of our current acquisition managers had a license initially, both were obtained along the way. It is a 120-hour course and the company will pay for the education) • Previous sales experience that puts you in the top 10% of your industry • Ability to work full time • Live in northern Utah Compensation: $150,000 - commission based
