Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract Qualifications: • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Must have an Active Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000 - $250,000 yearly
