Your personal office will be in our large modern freestanding building in Largo, you will not be disappointed. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. While we do spend an enormous amount of money to keep our brand relevant and a steady stream of incoming leads, it will be expected that you prospect for business via outbound calls, texting, and emailing. This position is instrumental in the growth and success of our business, so we provide the tools and support our acquisitions team needs to perform at their best. Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Reach out to sellers that we have determined to be highly likely to benefit from our service • Evaluate what a property is worth using our program subscriptions • Inform and negotiate deals with a seller Qualifications: • +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • A solid closer. History of being a solid closer • Real Estate experience could be considered a plus to help with determining values but we would consider training the right candidate Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000
