    We are looking for a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. You will learn to be a top notch sales person that is responsible for hunting, selling, and closing opportunities. The team is growing at a fast pace and this person will be trained to take on real estate acquisition sales responsibilities that drive revenue for the company. The ideal candidate will be driven, have a strong work ethic, competitive, focused, and a hard worker. Are you Driven for Sales? Then we must speak today! The individual will have opportunities for growth and leadership. $24,000 base + Commission on Every Closing ($75k-$95k Range 1st year). Salary bumps bi-annually with successful goal completion. Responsibilities: • Follow-up call and talk to qualified leads in the queue to establish rapport and build a competitive sales presentation. • Overcome objections on the phone - using our proven scripted method. • Must be able to manage leads - follow up in a timely manner and conduct oneself in a professional and friendly way. • Must be driven and have a mindset to want more financially. • Must be diligent in record keeping using the provided CRM tools. • Ability to research real estate transactions and come to analytical - well thought out solutions. Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance with excellent communication skills. (Oral and Written) • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities. • Enthusiastic with stellar people skills. • Independent and self-motivated. • Extremely strong phone skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Real Estate experience is not necessary - but a passion for real estate is important. • Prior sales skills are mandatory but can be phone or floor (i.e. Best Buy or other). Base salary plus commission on every sale. Advancement with successful goal completion and quarterly company revenue/profitability bonuses available. Plus a comprehensive benefits package is available as well. Compensation: $24,000 Base + Commission on every closing ($75k-$95k 1st year)
