Salary: $81,000 OTE Responsibilities: • Travel throughout Erie County to meet with potential sellers at their properties • Conduct thorough property walkthroughs and initial property evaluations • Build strong face-to-face relationships with homeowners • Analyze property conditions and market data to help determine appropriate cash offer amounts • Present and explain cash offers to homeowners in person • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Prepare letters of intent, market analysis reports, contracts, and due diligence documents • Maintain detailed records of property visits and negotiations in our CRM • Manage systematic lead follow-up through daily CRM use until deals are closed • Meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets • Act as an intermediary between sellers and our team to ensure smooth closings • Coordinate with our internal team to ensure seamless transaction processing Qualifications: • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in real estate or related industries • Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and market dynamics • Experience evaluating property conditions and potential renovation costs • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Excellent face-to-face communication and relationship-building abilities • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities • Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex transactions • Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Note: Current real estate license holders are not eligible for this position Compensation: $81,000 OTE yearly
