Responsibilities: • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Must have 2+ years of phone or call center experience (US real estate background/sales experience is preferred with a proven track record) • Able to determine the motivation and pain points of the seller • Has a customer-centric mindset and not just after hitting their numbers • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Must be ambitious!
