Company: Prime Real Estate Position Title: Acquisitions Specialist Reports To: Director of Acquisitions Salary: $36,000/annually + commission on every closed deal Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In Office - Fort Lee, NJ Schedule: • Monday: 9:00 AM – 6 PM • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7 PM • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6 PM • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7 PM • Friday: 9:00 AM – 6 PM • Every other Saturday of each month: 10 am-1 pm Whenever a client needs assistance or business demands require additional hours Responsibilities: • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Qualifications: • Must have 2+ years of phone or call center experience (US real estate background/sales experience is preferred with a proven track record) • Able to determine the motivation and pain points of the seller • Has a customer-centric mindset and not just after hitting their numbers • Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills • Must be ambitious!
