Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Lead follow up • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Set appointments • Network with contractors and small-scale developers • Close sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience • Must live within the greater Phoenix area Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
