You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Responsibilities: • Identify potential real estate investment opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to source off-market deals. • Use market trends, comparables, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property values and condition. • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward. • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed. • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including owners, management, finance, and operations teams, to ensure smooth transaction processes. • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, deal pipelines, and market trends to management. Qualifications: • Proven track record in general sales with real estate experience highly valued. • Strong understanding of real estate investment principles, market dynamics, and financial analysis. • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone. • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Compensation: $100,000-$250,000 per plan
