Responsibilities: • As a Real Estate Administrative Professional in Houston, TX, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing. • Your role will involve facilitating communication between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and other involved parties throughout the transaction process. • You will schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and necessary repairs to ensure a smooth transaction experience for all parties involved. • Prepare, organize, and verify the accuracy of all essential documentation including contracts, disclosures, and addendums as part of your document management responsibilities. • Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of paperwork and maintain secure records of all transactions for future reference. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries to enhance customer service experience. • Manage and organize your calendar, including scheduling showings, meetings, and other appointments for efficient appointment scheduling and coordination. • Oversee the closing process, ensuring all documents and funds are accurately managed, and coordinate with title companies to prepare for closing. • Maintain precise records of commissions, expenses, and other financial aspects related to each transaction for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
