Florida Lifestyle Realty is searching for a proactive and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to be the glue that holds our real estate transactions together. In this role, you’ll collaborate with sellers, agents, and vendors, ensuring every step of the listing process is smooth, seamless, and successful. Responsibilities: • Review contracts and ensure compliance with all procedures and guidelines. • Coordinate photography, lockbox assignments, and sign installations with sellers and agents. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing friendly, informative updates throughout the selling process. • Manage calendars, tracking important deadlines to keep listings on schedule. • Organize showings and open houses, collecting valuable feedback to enhance the process. • Maintain and update client files, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible. • Schedule cleanings, repairs, and other pre-listing tasks to ensure homes are market-ready. • Use your creativity and attention to detail to make every listing shine! • Manages systems for better efficiency within the role. • Conducts daily/weekly written and verbal communication with all parties involved in a listing. • Use internal communication systems to keep agents informed at all times. Qualifications: • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person • High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred • Has basic computer skills, operates well in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendars, Sheets, Docs, etc.), and has comfort learning new software and apps. • Prior experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related field • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Physical capability to occasionally move small furniture for photoshoots. • Pursuing or holding a real estate license Compensation: $16 - $20 hourly + bonus
