    Real Estate Assistant - Notary License Required We're looking for an in-office Real Estate Assistant in Scottsdale to assist the Executive in our house-flipping company. It is a rapidly growing start-up with A LOT going on! The assistant must have a notary license. Daily tasks include: • Notarising Real Estate documents • Sending mail • Tracking Executive's time • Taking phone calls/emails from vendors • Administrative calls Ready to hire immediately. Responsibilities: • Talking to Real Estate Agents • Gathering data on properties • Compiling reports • Organizing vendors for properties Qualifications: • Previous experience in the real estate industry • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Communicates well, both verbally and written • Notary license Compensation: $50,000
