    Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with a passion for real estate and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have some experience with lease administration, bill processing, and lease renewals. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar financial software is strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and related documentation

    Process incoming bills and track outgoing payments

    Monitor lease expiration dates and assist with timely renewals

    Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for leases, invoices, and correspondence

    Perform accurate data entry and ensure proper record-keeping across systems

    Liaise with tenants, vendors, and property managers as needed

    Assist in creating reports, spreadsheets, and documentation for internal use

    Support team members with administrative tasks and project coordination

    Qualifications:

    Bilingual (English and Spanish REQUIRED)

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

    Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and property management procedures

    Previous experience in real estate or property management is a plus

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

    Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks preferred

    Comfortable handling administrative tasks and paperwork in a fast-paced environment
