    Successful, high-energy residential brokerage team located in Tribeca looking for a full-time admin. Total compensation $80,000 + health insurance. Opportunities exist to earn extra money via showings and/or clients and to grow with the team! Responsibilities: • Manage, edit, and work on leases and board packages for clients. Must have experience with both to be considered for the position! This hire needs to hit the ground running! • Execute marketing/admin responsibilities: create and send out mailers, monthly and quarterly marketing material, listing input, etc. • Work with marketing on team business plans and growth opportunities. Requirements: • Active New York real estate license. • A real motor/work ethic. Innate ability to multi-task and thrive doing so; respond to emails in real-time regularly and efficiently. This is a 40-hour-per-week position but there will be times when emails/etc. come in on weekends, as is par for the course. • On-site job; must be local. There is a lot of client interaction and at times, working from out of the office will be acceptable at the team’s discretion, but access to be in the office regularly without the commute being an obstacle is a must! • All interviews are in person; no Zoom. Responsibilities: • Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Notify transaction participants when a deadline is approaching • Deliver concierge-level customer service to sellers, buyers, and lenders, to improve customer satisfaction ratings Qualifications: • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Communicates well, both verbally and written Compensation: $80,000 yearly
