We’re looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant who is ready to take on a pivotal role in supporting and improving the operations of a fast-paced real estate business. Responsibilities: • Management : Assist in managing team meetings, reviewing contract details, supporting the transaction coordinator, and monitoring transaction timelines to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently and accurately. • Client Communication : Act as the one of main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout the process. • Operational Efficiency : Identify and address inefficiencies in workflows, implementing solutions to improve team performance. Creating System and Procedures. • Marketing Assistance : Support team digital creator, social media posts, listing promotions, client events, and coordinate professional photography for marketing materials. • Vendor Coordination : Schedule and communicate with service providers such as inspectors, title companies, and photographers. • Administrative Excellence : Maintain CRM systems, manage calendars, and ensure the team stays organized and on track. Qualifications: • Real Estate License : A current real estate license is required for this role. • Experience : Previous experience in real estate or a related administrative support role is highly preferred. • Detail-Oriented and Organized : You thrive on keeping things structured and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. • Excellent Communicator : Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members. • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate software, and office tools. • Proactive and Solution-Oriented : You anticipate needs, solve problems, and take initiative without being asked. • Team Player : Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
