We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth transaction processes, managing client relationships, and supporting the team's administrative functions. Responsibilities: • Assist with transaction coordination, managing timelines, and ensuring all deadlines are met. • Communicate regularly with clients, agents, and other parties involved in transactions to provide status updates and resolve any issues that arise. • Manage all listing and showing appointments, ensuring proper documentation and scheduling for optimal team productivity. • Maintain the team’s CRM system, inputting client information and tracking deal progress to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. • Collaborate with marketing teams to help execute marketing strategies for listings, including social media posts, listing photography, and flyers. • Prepare and process contracts, disclosures, and other transactional documents with high attention to accuracy. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., inspectors, title companies, photographers) to ensure smooth service delivery. • Schedule and manage closing dates, preparing closing gifts and documents for final handoff to clients. • Provide weekly listing updates to clients and internal team members to keep everyone informed of progress. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate or a similar administrative support role. • A licensed real estate professional is preferred but not required. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service. • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges. • Proficiency in MLS systems, real estate software, and CRM tools is a plus. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
