    We’re searching for a diligent real estate administrative assistant. Only apply if you have real estate administrative or a paralegal background. You’ll be responsible for managing all paperwork in a timely manner, being proficient with different CRM's, notifying clients of approaching deadlines, ensuring each deal goes through the proper legal channels, scheduling appointments and walkthroughs, and providing superb customer service is required. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand. It is imperative that the person in this position is super attentive to details and able to track each step in the buying and selling process. Someone with accounting/legal assistant skills is a plus. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have in-depth knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: • Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork • Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify relevant stakeholders as needed • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough • Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Weekend and evening availability • Either already has or is working towards real estate license • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Ability to focus and follow timelines and deadlines is a must Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
