We’re seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our growing real estate business. As the right hand to the executive team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves administrative support, marketing coordination, and real estate-specific tasks, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves problem-solving, and has a passion for the real estate industry. Responsibilities: • Provide high-level executive support, including managing calendars, emails, and travel arrangements. • Handle confidential information with discretion. • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports. • Act as a liaison between the executive team and clients, agents, or vendors. • Oversee transaction coordination and ensure deadlines are met. • Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and client records. • Conduct research, compile data, and support decision-making processes. • Assist with marketing efforts, including managing social media accounts and drafting property listings. • Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and training sessions. Manage real estate-specific tasks, including: • Listing preparation and marketing efforts. • Coordinating and attending property showings and inspections. • Facilitating prospecting efforts and distributing leads to agents. • Assisting buyers with property showings and final walk-throughs. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in real estate. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under deadlines. • Familiarity with real estate processes and terminology is a plus. • Positive attitude, professionalism, and a proactive mindset. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
