Part-Time, Non-Exempt, Hourly: 10:30 AM - 2:30 PM (M-F) (Days and hours are flexible) Responsibilities: • Administrative, Clerical • Warmly greet all visitors in person, on the phone, or through other digital communication methods • Setting appointments • Transaction coordination services • Assisting agents with preparing for appointments • Create fanatical client impressions • Order and maintain office supplies • Check the mail daily and deliver it to the proper recipients within the company • Miscellaneous administrative tasks • Other tasks and duties assigned Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in an administrative capacity in a real estate brokerage or team • Strong computer skills (required), Mac and PC experience • Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (required); experience with Google Docs/Sheets and Microsoft Office (preferred) • Proven track record of success in an administrative capacity • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent oral and written communication skills Compensation: $20 hourly
