    We’re seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support a top producer at a leading real estate company. This role is ideal for a licensed professional (DC, MD, and VA) with a solid background in real estate administration. This position offers diverse responsibilities, client interaction, and opportunities for growth, including mentorship, further training, and bonuses. Responsibilities: Client Support & Communication: • Engage directly with clients, gather listing information, introduce buyers to lenders, and handle inquiries. Prepare, write, and explain offer documents. Schedule and conduct showings, assist with daily client activity, sit in on open houses and inspections, and coordinate drop-offs, including checks for contractors. Listing & Transaction Support: • Set up listings and client portals, update BrightMLS, and ensure listing accuracy. Create marketing materials for 'Just Listed' and 'Just Sold' properties. Maintain and update the CRM (Follow Up Boss), manage emails, and create email marketing campaigns. Marketing & Prospecting: • Generate marketing strategies for prospecting, send postcards, and coordinate open houses. Track numbers and ROI of all marketing activities. Manage social media by posting stories directly from listing leads to engage potential buyers and sellers. Administrative Support: • Maintain and manage the calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate client follow-ups. Manage rentals, including listing setup and inquiries. Place lockboxes on properties and manage necessary documentation. Create standard operating procedures, ensure the quality of existing processes, and provide feedback on what is working. Market Analysis & Event Planning: • Pull comparative market analysis (CMA) reports and provide insights for buyer and seller education. Coordinate client gifting, appreciation events, and community gatherings as needed. Qualifications: Licensing & Experience: • Active real estate licenses in DC, MD, and VA. 2-3 years of experience in real estate (assistant, administrative, or agent role). 2+ years in an administrative or support role, ideally in real estate or a client-focused industry. Technical Proficiency: • Experience with BrightMLS, Dotloop or DocuSign, Follow Up Boss (CRM), Canva, Adobe, and Microsoft Office. Essential Qualities: • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail. High-level communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality. Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and ability to prioritize tasks. Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital tools and platforms. Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 Yearly + Bonus
