Your responsibilities include maintaining new MLS listings, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of the monthly budget, purchase office supplies when necessary, and perform basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities: • Maintain office equipment and re-order supplies when necessary • Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately • Track office expenses, do basic bookkeeping, and maintain the monthly budget • Adapt to the needs of the realty team and step up to help when appropriate • File paperwork and assist other real estate brokerage employees with contracts such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information when necessary Qualifications: • Real estate license is a bonus • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Excel • 2 years of office management experience or similar work experience required • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Compensation: $53,000 - $77,000 yearly
