We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy office, drive inside sales, and actively recruit top real estate agents to join our brokerage. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate contract-to-close process, a proven track record in real estate operations, strong sales skills, and experience in agent recruitment. Responsibilities: • Manage Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and ensuring compliance with company policies. • Client and Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between clients, vendors, and service providers. • Agent Support: Support real estate agents with MLS management, marketing coordination, and transaction documentation. • Compliance: Ensure all transaction files meet compliance standards for Broker approval. • Marketing Support: Assist with the preparation of marketing materials for listings and manage social media marketing efforts. • Team Communication: Provide daily updates to agents on the status of training, standard operating procedures, upcoming events, and any required actions. • Lead Generation and Sales: Actively prospect for new leads, convert them into appointments, and follow up consistently to convert them into clients. • Recruiting: Identify, engage, and recruit high-performing real estate agents to join our brokerage. Conduct interviews, manage the onboarding process, and support new agents as they integrate into the team. • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop office staff through training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. • General Office Support: Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the team and ensure smooth office operations. Qualifications: • Real Estate Experience: knowledge of real estate operations, sales processes, and agent recruitment. • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. • Tech Savvy: Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new applications (e.g., Matrix, Transaction Desk, Google Drive, Sheets, etc.) • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-oriented mindset. • Adaptability: Must be a quick learner who can adapt to changing environments and responsibilities. Compensation: $30,000 - $70,000 yearly
