Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Compensation: $97,000.00 – $250,000.00 (commission-based potential) Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Ongoing training and professional development support Schedule: Choose your own hours License/Certification: Real Estate License (Required) Responsibilities: • Generate leads for potential clients • Attend training sessions to enhance real estate knowledge and skills • Follow up on leads until appointments are scheduled with either a listing or buyer’s agent • Communicate regularly with homebuyers via phone calls and emails to maintain relationships and ensure brand recall • Produce monthly and quarterly sales reports to track team progress towards company goals • Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and successfully convert them into new clients • Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information for agents • Schedule appointments and conduct them efficiently Qualifications: • Real estate license or the motivation to get one • No experience is required training will be provided Compensation: $97,500 - $225,000 yearly
