Responsibilities: • Serve as the intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure the accuracy and legality of property transactions • Conduct thorough property appraisals based on local real estate market comparisons to determine fair market prices for clients • Coordinate property inspections to identify any necessary repairs, aiding clients in purchase/sale negotiations • Identify potential acquisition targets and expand lead database to drive future growth opportunities • Present commercial properties suitable for business purposes, providing clients with financial information and analytical insights • Conduct tours of business properties, assessing maintenance costs, renovation possibilities, financing options, and analytical data • Arrange and attend all property inspections to assist clients in finalizing purchase/sale agreements • Offer market area research to clients to facilitate well-informed decision-making • Engage in commercial lead generation and follow-up activities • Master CRM and database management for effective client relationship management • Implement sales strategies effectively and adhere to the sales plan • Cultivate relationships with in-house agents and teams for referrals • Develop expertise in sales conversations and negotiations Qualifications: • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals • Should be highly motivated and able to work independently • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising is preferred • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and lease terminology is essential • A valid real estate license is mandatory or in the process of obtaining • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required • Opportunity for earning commission based on sales performance • Prior experience in sales is a plus Compensation: $80,000 - $175,000 yearly
