And guess what? The average commission went UP on our team! If you hate doing paperwork, you will be right at home here! Our closing manager proactively makes sure you, your client, and the other side are all handling everything along the contractual timelines. She is the best closing manager out there. Please don’t call her a TC. She is so much more than that! As a licensed agent, she’s a TC on steroids! Got a listing? Just send her the first page of the title report and let her know when your listing appointment is and she will take care of the rest including printing up the contract (and highlighting everything that needs to be signed and initialed), inputting it into the MLS after it’s all signed, scheduling professional pictures to be taken and the sign and lock box to be put at the home (which we pay for, even if the home doesn’t sell), writing the listing description, and keeping track of offers on a spreadsheet. Need help negotiating an offer or strategizing how to respond to a request for repairs? Our sales manager LOVES helping in these situations and is easily accessible. His motto is: If I’m awake I’m working! He does go to bed pretty early, though, so you might have to wait until the morning if you text after 8:00 PM… We do role plays Mondays-Thursday from 9-10 via Zoom to sharpen our skills. We have in-office meetings at our office in Eastvale every other Monday to keep up-to-date with what’s going on with our team and in the industry. We participate in masterclasses every Thursday via Zoom to help build our personal businesses. We do lots of events for the community, our past clients, and sphere including Pictures with Santa, an Easter Egg Hunt, a Community Garage Sale, a Picnic in the Park, and a Pumpkin Patch event. Our team has partnered with THE BEST lender in Riverside County to help our clients write competitive offers while ensuring a smooth process and great service even with the trickiest of loans—even mobile home loans. Plus we have a shit-ton of leads. More than we can handle many times! If that word offended you, you probably won’t like us to be honest. This position is 100% commission based.
