Responsibilities: • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes • Prospect for new leads to promote new business • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline • Assist buyers and sellers in the real estate transaction process • Conduct market research and provide property evaluations • Generate and follow up with leads to build your client base • Negotiate contracts and guide clients through closing • Stay up-to-date on real estate trends and market conditions • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional service Qualifications: • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills • Organized and manages time effectively • Tech savvy • Self-motivation and drive • Past sales experience is preferred Compensation: $100,000 earning potential based on commission
