Responsibilities: • Contact leads promptly to expand the customer base in Palo Alto, CA, US. • Perform in-depth market analysis to ensure accurate pricing of property listings. • Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to develop new business opportunities. • Support clients during the final stages of the home-buying process for a smooth closing experience when required. • Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly. • Schedule listing appointments efficiently and coordinate them diligently. • Convert pre-qualified leads from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth. • Implement the team's strategic plan for cohesive operations. • Collaborate actively as a team player within the organization. • Seek clarity by asking relevant questions. • Follow up with leads diligently to maximize conversion rates. • Skillfully close sales transactions with potential buyers.
