    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. As a Real Estate Agent at Jacobs Realtors, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the purchase, sale, and rental of properties. You will provide guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate transaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Management:

      • Represent clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, ensuring their needs and goals are met.

      • Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

      • Educate clients about the transaction process.

      • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

    • Property Listing and Marketing:

      • List properties on the MLS and other relevant platforms.

      • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties.

      • Create marketing materials, including property descriptions, photos, and virtual tours.

      • Coordinate and host property showings and open houses.

    • Negotiation and Transactions:

      • Prepare and present offers.

      • Negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, and other agents.

      • Ensure that purchase contracts are met.

      • Guide clients through the closing process.


    • Market Knowledge and Research:

      • Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations and insights.

      • Stay informed about current market trends, zoning regulations, and real estate laws.

      • Understand local communities, including crime information and proximity to schools and shopping.

    • Administrative Tasks:

      • Prepare documents, such as closing statements, purchase agreements, and leases.

      • Answer phone calls, emails, and texts.

      • Schedule appointments and showings.

      • Maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

    Qualifications:

    • Active real estate license.

    • Proven experience in real estate or a related sales role.

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

    • Proficiency with MLS and CRM platforms.

    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    • Knowledge of the local real estate market.

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field.

    • Experience working with diverse clients.

    • Multilingual abilities.
