Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong connections with clients through diverse communication platforms • Tailor property searches to match buyers' individual requirements for their ideal home • Accompany potential buyers during property viewings, providing expert advice and support • Expertly negotiate contracts and prepare essential real estate documentation • Provide professional guidance to clients to facilitate informed decision-making during the buying process • Ensure high customer satisfaction through top-notch service delivery • Engage in advanced coaching sessions to exceed standard agent training, aiding clients in efficiently meeting their real estate needs and personal goals Qualifications: • A valid Tennessee and/or Mississippi Real Estate License is a mandatory requirement for this position • Flexibility in your schedule is crucial to maintaining a healthy work-life balance • We are looking for individuals with a positive and goal-oriented mindset • Proficiency in client database programs is preferred, or a strong willingness to learn is essential • Being open to coaching is key to unlocking your full potential compared to other agents Compensation: $85,000+ yearly
