Responsibilities: • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Educate clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience • Be the authority on all things related to real estate and the selling/buying process Qualifications: • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • A consistent top performer in sales • High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferred • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • Real estate license or Actively working to acquire license (We can help you get one!) • Energized by an open-ended compensation plan • Passionate about selling and helping people. • Provide world-class service Compensation: $75,000 at plan
